The 100 Baby Challenge was burning me out, and I realized I desperately needed to switch up my Sims 4 gameplay to prevent never wanting to play again. I am NOT finished with the 100 Baby Challenge, it's only on "pause".
So! I wandered back to Youtube and found another challenge I might be interested in.
And from there I found The Runaway Teen Challenge!!
Here is the post with the rules, but I am going to rewrite them here as well.
Pre-Challenge Rules:
~ In CAS, make your teen sim and make sure they look homeless
~ You may only choose one trait that's useful to your teen, like "Loves Outdoors" or "Creative", the other trait should be essentially useless
~ Teens cannot start in game on their own, so create a "guardian" as well
~ Once you've created your new household, move them in to an empty lot
~ You are only allowed to utilize a 10x10 area in your empty lot
~ Kill off your guardian
(the best way to do this is to build and trap them in a small room and let them starve to death)
~ Do not let your teen wander too far from your lot or else your guardian will escape the room
~ When your guardian has died, remove the room, buy the cheapest bed and place on your lot
~ Then, remove all of your money with testingcheats on, and use the cheat money 0
The Challenge now begins.
Challenge Rules:
~ Your teen cannot go to school.
~ You cannot build shelter until you have earned money to do so.
~ You cannot have cell phone access, (put it on silent) nor can you have any electronics or appliances until you have a home - which is at least 1 bathroom, 1 bedroom, and 1 kitchen.
~ You cannot have a part time job. As a young adult you cannot have a job until you have a home.
~ You cannot cook/shower/etc on other people's lots, nor can you interact with adults until you are a young adult.
~ You may only interact with children or other teens.
~ You may cook/shower/etc at any public place like parks or the gym.
~ You can fish, garden, and dig all you want and sell what you get.
~ You must subtract $10 every time you travel. You can do this with the money cheat.
(for example: you have $194 and you travel to the gym and then back home, you use the cheat money 174 to remove the $20)
The goal is to survive. Have a nice house, children, and a good job.
So here I go!!! I hope I remember to take enough pictures!!
